Our parts are sourced directly from global suppliers, and we provide transparent pricing for all international orders. We prioritize direct dropship logistics when possible to minimize costs for our restoration community.
For orders within Canada, we offer CAD pricing and direct dropship options when suppliers allow. All international orders are processed through our Toronto workshop. Please note that destination duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our CAD pricing.
Due to air restrictions, lithium batteries, aerosols, and certain fluids are not eligible for direct air freight. These items are subject to specific export regulations and must be shipped via ground or sea freight, which may incur additional fees.
