How Ben's CB ships your order

Ben's CB is a dedicated online Honda CB parts store operated by OTOMOTO Toronto Moto Inc. We are separate from torontomoto.com, but orders are fulfilled through the same Toronto-based dealer accounts and shipping partners.

Canada

Canadian orders may ship directly from our supplier when dropship is available. Otherwise the part is ordered in and reshipped from our Toronto fulfillment hub. Most in-stock items ship within 3-7 business days after payment clears.

International (Rest of World)

All international orders are special-order: we purchase the part, receive it in Toronto, then export to you. Allow 2-4 weeks depending on supplier lead time and customs. Shipping is DAP/DDU — import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Restricted items

  • Lithium batteries, aerosols, paints, and fluids may be Canada-only or blocked at checkout.

  • Vintage restoration hardware and special-order kits may require extra lead time.

  • Prices are in CAD. PayPal converts at checkout for international buyers.
